Nora's son Patrick is the Culinary Chef who received his degree at the Culinary Art Institute of Virginia from Virginia Beach Culinary Arts School. This is after serving in our U.S. Navy with wife Flor also U.S. Navy.The family works together between cooking, waitressing & financials of the business. They serve quality food with in-house baking from scratch, authentic sour dough thin crust amazing pizza, every night brisket is available (slow cooked over 12 hours).
